Established in 2012, Thee Best Cafe has always been driven by perfection and family values. We have built our establishment from the ground up through dedication to our craft and clientele. Founders Francisco and Silvia Mondaca have always had a passion for the kitchen. Francisco spent most of his life in his parent’s restaurants absorbing the kitchen lifestyle while Silvia picked up the art of cooking through her family’s recipes. Both of their unique styles birthed the concept of our new Cafe, with every day now being an opportunity to learn and innovate our menu.
